This double-storey townhouse development in Brighton East incorporated a unique design feature: a basement-level swimming pool. The challenge was to develop a cost-effective retention system that would facilitate the pool's construction without compromising the project budget.

Our engineers devised an innovative solution: utilizing temporary props to support the capping beam at the basement level. This allowed for the excavation and construction of the pool while minimizing the need for extensive and costly permanent retaining structures.
