A high-end residential project featuring a deep basement required careful management of boundary concerns due to its proximity to the neighboring property.  This resulted in legal action by the neighbor.

STC Engineering was retained to represent the homeowner.  We provided expert analysis and collaborated with the construction team to demonstrate the safety and compliance of the basement design.  This, along with clear communication with the neighbor, contributed to a favorable outcome for the homeowner.

Throughout construction, we implemented a rigorous monitoring program to ensure structural integrity. This project showcases our ability to address complex geotechnical challenges while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
